Abstract:According to the requirement of spacecraft vacuum thermal test, such like data acquisition, temperature control and system function, a distributed measurement and control system based on LXI bus is designed and developed in this paper. The system uses fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm to enhance the control quality of current system, and it implements the function of spacecraft thermal simulation and temperature control. Actual operation results show that the system has the advantages of good usability ,high reliability, strong expansibility, raising ability to cope with complex thermal test measurement and control requirements. It reduces half of the preparing time, and greatly improves experiment personnel's work efficiency.
