Abstract:Traditional rice milling machine operator judge the milling performance by visual sense, can't realize the intelligent self-checking. What’s more, it’s accuracy is poor. Aiming at the low identification precision and intelligent degree of traditional rice mill, a photoelectric monitoring of on-line monitoring system for the performance of rice mill is designed, cheap chip STC89C52 as the microprocessor, and silicon photocell as photoelectric sensor for signal acquisition. This system can periodically calculate performance of rice mill during work, provide the adjust strategy for motor speed, whitening gap, Import and export flowing. Through experimental analysis, the system identification accuracy can reach above 99.5%. At the same time, it provide a new method for digital and intellegent in food quality testing.
