民用飞机关联性诊断技术研究

Research on fault diagnosis for civil aircraft

摘要:

关联性诊断作为一种重要的故障诊断方法，对于缩短民机等复杂系统故障判定时间、减少故障损失、提高检修准确性、节约维修费用等，有着重大的理论意义和应用价值。本文介绍了民用飞机故障诊断技术的研究现状，在此基础上，提出并深入阐述了一种关联性诊断方法的原理与功能设计，并以风挡防冰系统为例进行验证。结果表明，根据原理分析所建立的系统模型，能够正确识别风挡防冰子系统故障，证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:

This paper presents fault diagnosis technology for civil aircraft. It is provides the results into three sections: fault diagnosis technology based on manuals,fault diagnosis technology based on fault cases,fault diagnosis technology based on system principle. It shows that：fault diagnosis technology for civil aircraft can enhance engineers’s ability on troubleshooting efficiently, and reduce maintenance costs. Furthermore, it will enhance the safety in aircraft operation.
