    摘要:

    针对海底观测网中摄像机防护罩易受污染问题,设计了一套以控制器MSP430为核心,配以电机驱动、行程限位、角度检测、清洁刷等外围模块的海底云台自动清洁系统;系统选用梯度结构相似度(GSSIM)的图像质量评价方法对防护罩污染程度进行判断,当污染程度超出阈值时,通过串口命令单片机驱动清洁刷,实现对污染物的自动清洁;实验表明,系统根据图像实时质量评价结果自动清洁防护罩,克服了手工清洁困难、定时清洁耗能等缺点,快速高效,保证摄像机的正常工作。

    Abstract:

    Appointing to the issue that the lens of the video camera is easy to be contaminated, an undersea pan-tilt auto-clean system was designed. This system is based on MSP430 controller and assembles with the peripheral, such as motor driver, travel limitation, angle detection and cleaning brush. The system uses the method of image quality assessment that is called gradient-magnitude-based structure similarity (GSSIM) to judge the contamination of the lens. When contamination exceeds the threshold value, the MCU drives the cleaning brush through the serial port to clean the contamination automatically. Experiment shows that the system cleans the lens automatically according to the outcome of the assessment of real-time image quality, which overcomes the disadvantage of the difficulty of the manual cleaning and the power consume of the regular cleaning. Therefore, the system is fast and efficient, and can guarantee the normal operation of the video camera.
