    摘要:

    由于大型轴类零件(d≥500 mm)本身的特点,现有的圆柱度测量仪器和装置都无法满足其圆柱度的测量环境和要求,大型轴类零件的圆柱度测量成为了石油、造纸、铸造等行业发展的制约因素;文章根据近年来波兰凯尔采科技大学提出的V型块法设计了一种大型轴类零件圆柱度的在位测量装置,将在位测量装置所采集到的信号通过数据采集卡在LabVIEW软件平台上进行数据分析和处理,最终得出被测轴类零件的最小二乘圆柱度,从而验证了V型块法在位测量大型轴类零件圆柱度的可行性。

    Abstract:

    Due to the large shafts(d≥500 mm) own characteristics, the existing cylindricity measuring instruments and measuring devices are Unable to meet its cylindricity measurement environment and requirements, The cylindricity measuring of large shafts parts become constraints growing industry of oil, paper, casting. Based on the recent Polish Kielce University of Technology V-block method proposed by the in situ measuring device for large shafts, the in situ device will collected signal measured by the data acquisition card in Labview software platform on data analysis and processing, the final value of the measured results of least squares cylindricity,and thus validate the V-block method in place to measure large shafts feasibility.
