    摘要:

    数字电液压调节系统点检仪是针对现场中为汽轮机所配备的数字电液压调节系统而设计的一种点检仪系统;传统对数字电液压调节系统进行检测的方法是基于示波器和信号源发生器等组合操作,操作复杂、实时性不高、检测结果显示不明确;文章提出数字电液压调节系统点检仪设计,不仅可以检测数字电液压调节系统输出的信号,而且可为数字电液压调节系统提供所需信号,最终由上位机控制检测过程和显示检测结果;数字电液压调节系统点检仪包括双STM32实现硬件功能部分和Smartpro实现上位机组态部分;经过实验,该系统可实时对汽轮机所配备的相关数字电液压调节系统模块进行信号的监测和检测,不仅提高现场中模块使用的安全性,同时提高自动化水平。

    Abstract:

    The spot instrument apparatus of digital electro-hydraulic control system is an instrument designed for the digital electric hydraulic control system equipped for steam turbine in the field. The traditional check method of digital electro-hydraulic control system is a combined operation based on oscilloscope and signal generator.The traditional check method has many features ,such as complicated operation, lowly real-time, undefined test results.This paper presents spot instrument apparatus design of digital electro-hydraulic control system, not only can detect the output signal of digital electro- hydraulic control system, but also can provide the desired signal for the digital electric-hydraulic control system, and ultimately the computer controls the detection process and displays the detection results.The spot instrument apparatus of digital electro-hydraulic control system includes double STM32 implements the hardware function and Smartpro implements configuration.After the experiment, this system can be used for monitoring and detection of digital electrical hydraulic control signal system module equipped for steam turbine in time,not only improving the security of the field module,at the same time to improve the level of automation.
