    摘要:

    针对大型设备的润滑需求和现有分油器的缺点,提出了转盘式分油器结构,在此基础上设计了集中润滑系统的液压系统;分析了S7200的PPI协议和集中润滑系统的功能要求,进行了控制系统的硬件选型,采用LabVIEW和状态机的方式设计了集中润滑系统的参数显示系统,通过自制的232PPI线缆与PLC进行通信,并在样机上进行了试验;试验结果表明,设计的PPI功能模块正确,设计的参数监控系统可有效监测集中润滑系统的运行参数,可有效减少控制系统开发的时间,为开展大型设备的智能型集中润滑系统打下基础。

    Abstract:

    According to the lubrication requirement of large-scale equipment and the shortcoming of common grease distributor, rotating pan type grease distributor was proposed and designed. Based on this new distributor, step-by-step hydraulic system was designed for centralized grease lubricating system. On the analysis of PPI protocol and the requirement function of centralized grease lubricating system, S7200 serial PLC were chosen for the control system, state machine method was employed to design the monitoring system with LabVIEW, and its function were taken experiment on the prototype machine through self-made 232PPI communication cable with PLC. It was indicated that the PPI function was correct and work well, the monitor system can complete the online parameter monitoring and simulation through PPI protocol, which can reduce the debug time of PLC system. It is new method for PLC function development and provides a fundamental for developing intelligent type grease lubricating system of large scale equipment.
