Abstract:A twin-tank based experimental control system is set up in order to simulate a water level process control system of an industrial boiler, and experimental study is discussed for the water level process control.Firstly, Operator-based robust right coprime factorization algorithm is introduced for the system; After that, data acquisition and driven are realized by using PCL - 812PG card. Also, under Microsoft Visual C++ developing environment, the designed right coprime factorization algorithm is applied to the control system. The monitoring image display the response time is fast, has small overshoot, the comprehensive index is good. The experimental results are given to show the effectiveness of the built control system.
