    摘要:

    为解决某型号炮位侦察校射雷达中高速信号处理模块的测试,文中设计了基于VME总线的高速数字电路自动测试系统,该系统能模拟雷达工作环境,利用VME测试模块提供测试所需的光口、RapidIO等信号,测试结果通过VME主控器网口上报给系统管理平台;该系统成功应用于某型雷达高速信号处理模块的测试,可完成VME总线接口的测试;3路RapidIO信号的测试,Rapid IO信号传输速率为3.125 Gbps;4路光纤通道的测试,光纤通道波特率为2 Gbps;研究及实测结果表明该系统可解决基于VME总线的高速信号处理模块的测试。

    Abstract:

    An automatic test system of high speed digital circuit based on VME bus is designed in this paper to test high speed signal processing modules of the certain artillery position reconnaissance and fire adjusting radar. The system can simulate working environment of the radar. VME test module can provide optical signal, RapidIO signal and so on needed by test. The test result is up loading to the system management platform through network of VME controller. The system is applied in testing high speed signal processing modules of the certain radar successfully. This test system can realize the interface test of VME bus; the test of three RapidIO which transport frequency is 3.125Gbps; the test of four optical signal which transport frequency is 2Gbps. The research and test results show the system can resolve the test problem of high speed digital circuit based on VME bus.
