Design and Implementation of Mobile Telemedicine Based on Custom XML Electronic Medical Records

摘要:

为了实现大量结构不同的电子病历表单数据网络传输和在Android移动终端界面的合理整合,提出了基于XML的自定义电子病历结构实现表单数据传输并在移动客户端合理布局的设计方案；以XML实现对病历表单及病历数据的封装,通过Web Service实现病历数据的交互,在移动客户端解析封装字段及其数据并在客户端合理布局,实现对跨平台、数据源格式不同的电子病历的查阅、更改,降低软件开发的复杂度,同时提高程序的运行效率。

Abstract:

In order to achieve a large number of electronic medical record form data of different structures and the reasonable conformity in the Android mobile terminal interface, this paper puts forward the design scheme based on custom electronic medical records structure of XML. It can realize the form data transmission and reasonable layout in the mobile client. Firstly, the system uses XML to implement the electronic medical record form and medical record data encapsulation. Then it implements records data interaction by Web Service. Finally, the mobile client parses the encapsulated fields and their data, forming the reasonable layout in the client. Therefore, the user can use the mobile client to consult, modify the cross-platform, different data format of electronic medical records. And the scheme can decrease the complexity of the software development and efficiently improve the operation of the program.
