Abstract:Self-test subsystem design and development is an important part of universal automatic test system development.To automate the testing requirements of the self-test subsystem, carried out research on the multiplexer, proposed a self-test methods based on multiplexer mainly to the switch for the second ,designed multiplexer wiring systems and electrical connections to other resources, designed and developed of a corresponding control function using virtual instrument technology, tested the value of resistance or voltage or frequency on each channel of multiplexer, all data are in line with the system design requirements.Testing and validation results show that the multiplexer can easily achieve automatic test of other related resources.
