    摘要:

    飞行器起飞前要对其飞控机加载DSP程序,起飞后要对相关参数进行存储和记录,针对这一实际需求,设计了基于1553B总线的功能卡;设计中采用国产EP-H31580接口芯片,其LVTTL电平I/O口可直接与FPGA配合实现功能,与进口BU-61580接口芯片相比,其不需要电平转换电路,简化了电路结构;另外,接口芯片的配置通过调用FPGA内部的IP核BLOCK RAM来实现,简化了逻辑控制过程;论文分别从硬件电路设计、电缆终端设计和逻辑设计等几个方面详细介绍了1553B卡功能的实现;经验证,该1553B功能卡能够同时实现RT和BM功能,具有很高的可靠性,并已应用到实际工程当中。

    Abstract:

    To load the flight control machine with DSP program before the aircraft taking off and to store and record the relevant parameters after he aircraft taking off, a featured card based on 1553B bus was designed. Domestic EP-H31580 interface chips were used in this design, whose LVTTL level I/O ports can be directly related with FPGA to realize the function we need. Compared with imported BU-61580 interface chips, they did not require a level conversion circuit, the circuit structure was simplified. Further, we configurated the EP-H31580 by invoking the internal IP core BLOCK RAM in FPGA to simplify the process of logic control.The paper introduced in detail how the function of the 1553B card was realized form several aspects of hardware circuit design, cable terminal design and logic design. After verification, the 1553B card can achieve RT and BM function. It had very high reliability, and has been applied to practical engineering.
