Design of Signal Simulator of a Control Box and a Firing Mechanism

摘要:

为了满足部队教学训练需求,研制一种控制箱及击发机构的信号模拟器;阐述 了该系统的功能、工作原理、硬软件技术实现方法,解决了控制箱和击发机构控制指令信 号的产生、各种激励信号的时序同步、信号调理、功率驱动、匹配对接等关键技术,实现 了各种激励信号参数的现场配置,进行各种控制指令信号和电源信号的故障模拟;试用结 果表明,系统稳定可靠;用户接口界面友好,满足部队的教学训练使用要求。

Abstract:

To satisfy the requirement of teaching training for the Army, a simulator for control box and firing mechanism is developed. The paper discusses the functions,design principles and hardware and software realization methods of the simulator. To solve the control box and the firing mechanism control instruction signal generation,the timing of various incentive signal synchronization,The signal conditioning, power drive,the key technology of butt matching etc.The site configuration to achieve a variety of excitation signal parameters,the fault control instruction signal and power signal simulation.The trial result shows that the system is stable and reliable, the user interface is friendly, and it meets the teaching training using requirement of the Army.
