Abstract:Micro-injection pump is a digital、intelligent instrument widely used in such areas as medical, biological engineering, genetic engineering, chemical engineering, environmental engineering. In order to improve filling accuracy and efficiency of the micro-injection pump, this design can control a plurality of injection pump simultaneously by epigynous computer and synchronous control board. Filling mode and working parameters are set by the epigynous computer, and then downloaded to every injection pump through the serial port, the synchronous board controls injection pumps to fill accurately and simultaneously. The experiment proved that filling precision of each injection pump meet the requirements and the system has strong anti-interference ability and stable performance, the work efficiency of system is improved significantly.
