    摘要:

    在某型自动测试设备上,针对多路电源供电控制及其电路监测的实际功能需求,设计了基于DSP的电源监控单元;以DSP芯片为采集控制单元,采用主板、子板分层式结构,设计了RS422通信接口等电路;测试软件采用汇编语言和C语言混合编写,并为串行通信设置了编码校验机制;实验结果表明,该设计监测精度高,开关控制准确,解决了工程应用需求,满足实时性、可靠性指标。

    Abstract:

    On the automatic test equipment, according to the function demand for multicenter power control and the electrical test, a power controller unit was designed based on the DSP chip. Using a DSP chip as the collection and control unit, the hardware was designed by layered structure. And a communication circuit based on RS422 was designed. The software was compiled in both assemble language and C programming language, and a check mechanism was set for the code. It can be indicated from the experiment that the design has a good test precision, and it controls the switches correctly. Above all,the design solved the problem of engineering application,and the demand of real time and reliability can be completely met.
