    摘要:

    随着3G 技术的成熟,4G技术即将到来,越来越多的数据需要采集,而且对数据采集的要求也越来越严格,然而传统工业现场数据采集监控系统速度慢、灵活性差、费用高。在此背景下设计了基于三星的S3C6410嵌入式ARM微处理器、VC++.NET2008编写的虚拟实验软件平台和安卓智能手机采集平台的通用型工业数据采集监控系统;该系统通过编写嵌入式 Linux 的 ADC 驱动程序将远距离的工业现场采集的数据传送给工控PC进行数据采集和监控,并在参数超过设定阈值时进行报警;用户可以在上位机上对数据采集参数进行设置和调整,同时可以方便地对采集的数据进行存储和回放;该系统成功用于智能轮椅以及无创血糖项目中,采集的原始参数包括手指指端温度、湿度、辐射、双波长光电容积脉搏波光敏器件转换成的电压信号等等,其相对误差降到0.081;经实验验证,该数据采集监控系统具有传输速度快、工作稳定可靠、电路简单、使用灵活方便和扩展性强等优点。

    Abstract:

    As the maturity of the 3G technology and upcoming 4G technology, increasing amounts of data and emerging data need to be collected, and the data acquisition requirements have become more stringent. But the traditional industrial data acquisition monitoring system have many disadvantages such as poor universal and slow transmission speed. The paper design a new type of universal industrial data acquisition and supervisory system based on Samsung S3C6410 embedded ARM microprocessor, the VC++.NET2008 software platform for virtual experiments and Android smartphone. The system acquire remote data of industrial field through ADC drivers that has been written to run under Linux system. Then the industrial PC get the dada and control the system. The industrial PC open the alarm sounds and the red warning when the parameter exceeds a set threshold. Users can set the parameters of acquisition data for setting and adjustment, at the same time the acquisition data can be conveniently to sampled data for storage and playback. The system is successfully used in intelligent wheelchairs and non-invasive blood glucose projects. The collected original parameters includes finger temperature, humidity, radiation, voltage signal that dual wavelength photoplethysmography's photosensitive device converted into, and so on. The relative error dropped to 0.081. The experiments demonstrate that the data acquisition and supervisory system has excellent transmission speed, simple circuit. It is scalability, stable and reliable system and easy to use.
