Abstract:The torque control algorithm is designed and applied on the diesel engine. The algorithm includes two parts. First, Due to the increasingly complex conditions in the electronic control technology, a arbitration mechanism is designed to integrate the torque requirements from all the conditions; secondly, aiming at the deficiency of the traditional PID strategy in the Electronic control, an improved PID strategy is designed based on dynamic feedforward compensation. The algorithm was tested in the engine bench:first, when the roll speed is up to the set value instantaneously, the algorithm responses rapidly and converges in 3 seconds; secondly, in the full speed state, The difference of the torque curve between the algorithm and the traditional algorithm is less than 3%. These experiments show that the algorithm meets the basic needs of the daily work of the engine.
