Abstract:In the phase of equipment development, there is often short of effective test and application data, and the level of its testability is difficult to evaluate. Aiming at the above-mentioned problem, a testability evaluation method based on multi-source information weighted fusion in development phase is proposed. In the method information such as simulation information, expert information and historical information of similar equipment which can be used of testability evaluation in the development phase is synthetically considered. Test indexes density functions are constructed by the three kinds of information, while fusion weight of the three kinds of information is confirmed by the credibility. On this basis, the current test level of the equipment is evaluated by evidence discount combination method. At last, an example is given to show the validity of the proposed method.
