    摘要:

    结合ZigBee无线通信技术设计了一款输液监测系统,该系统有效地解决了静脉输液过程中存在的输液速度难掌控、输液中断无报警、输液完毕无提示等问题;采用ZigBee无线传感器网络和红外光电传感器对输液过程进行实时监测,并将采集的液滴速度、液位信息、输液量等信息反馈至上位机,医护人员通过上位机可视化软件平台监测输液过程;实施结果表明:该系统液体滴速检测准确,其误差在±2滴以内,当液位降低到一定量或者输液出现异常情况时,终端节点可以发出声光报警信息,上位机软件发出橙色或者红色报警信息,提醒医护人员有效地处理紧急情况,提高输液的安全性,减少医疗事故。

    Abstract:

    The design of a transfusion monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless communication technology, which effectively solve the problems as follow, intravenous infusion rate existing in the process is difficult to control, no alarm for infusion interrupt, infusion is completed silently and other issues. Using infrared photoelectric sensor for real-time monitoring of the infusion process, such as droplet velocity, information of liquid level and infusion volume, and feedback the information via ZigBee wireless networks to the host machine. Medical staff at the nursing station can keep track of the information of entire hospital infusion through a visualization software platform, timely and effective manner to deal with emergencies. Implementation results show that:the system liquid drip detection accuracy, the error at ±2 drops, when the liquid level is lowered a certain amount or infusion abnormal situation occur, the terminal nodes can audible alarm, PC software issued an orange or red alert message, effectively improve transfusion safety and reduce medical errors.
