    基于PIC单片机研制了一种静脉点滴输液用监视提醒装置,配套一次性点滴输液器使用,实现了静脉点滴输液全过程的智能化准确监测与报警,减少了病人和陪护人员的顾虑;详细介绍了装置的系统结构和功能特点,给出了硬件设计原理和PIC单片机的软件设计流程图;基于试验测试波形的分析,点滴速度允许范围为12~160 drop/min;试验表明,所研制的静脉点滴输液用智能监视提醒装置具有监测准确、安全可靠、操作简便及结构简单的特点。

    Abstract:

    Monitoring and warning device for intravenous transfusion is developed based on PIC microcontroller. It supports the use of disposable infusion set to realize the intelligent accurate monitoring and alarm for whole process of intravenous infusion, which can allay misgiving for the patients and caregivers. System structure and function characteristics of the device are introduced in detail, then hardware design principle and the flow of software for PIC is given. Dropping speed range allowed is 12 to 160 drop/min based on the analysis of experiment detecting waveform. The experiment shows that:intelligent monitoring and warning device for intravenous transfusion has the characteristics of accurate monitoring, safety and reliability, easy operation, simple structure.
