    摘要:

    针对某燃气涡轮发电机组电子组合修理过程中存在的修理周期长、修复质量难以保证等问题,结合对当今测试系统理论和技术的研究,基于PXI总线和虚拟仪器技术,构建了某燃气涡轮发电机组电子组合检测系统,并在工厂装备修理中得到应用检验。实践证明:该系统工作性能稳定,交互界面友好,易于操作,且具有较强的扩展性。借助于该系统,能够快速准确地对故障进行定位,提高了电子组合检测的准确性,缩短了装备修理周期,提高了维修效率。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems that existed in the process of certain gas turbo-generator set’s electronic assembly repair, such as long duration of fault detection, not guaranteed accuracy of detection results, a detection system for electronic assemblies used in certain gas turbo-generator set was established based on PXI bus and virtual instrument technology. The detection system has been applied in a factory to guarantee weapon equipment’s maintenance and support. The system was proved to be stable working, easily operated, and easily extended. With the help of the system, the failure could be located fast and accurately, the accuracy of fault detection of electronic assembly was improved greatly, the repair duration of weapon equipment was shortened, and the maintenance efficiency was raised, too.
