Abstract:As an essential role in condition-based maintenance(CBM), technical condition evaluation of equipment is an important supporting to maintenance decision-making. As equipment’s monitoring information and history data are fuzzy and random, a technical condition evaluation model based on cloud Gravity Center evaluation method is proposed. At the same time, through entropy method ,entropy, one eigenvalue of cloud theory, can be used to acquire weight coefficient. Errors from Subjective Evaluation can be cancelled. In the model, the θ is used to weigh the deflection degree between perfect state and the system. The model realized the mapping between qualitative evaluation and quantitative information. The result shows the model works well and effectively.
