    摘要:

    针对目前应用于列车驾驶仿真平台中的模拟双针气压表控制系统的硬件结构及其控制策略进行了研究;以C8051F410单片机和双电机驱动控制模块BA6239为核心设计开发了表针电机驱动系统,提出了基于PWM控制技术的转速闭环控制策略;系统能够自动计算电机控制模型参数从而得到转速与PWM控制电压的关系,并通过引入自适应模糊PI转速调节器,减小系统及计算误差,提高动态响应精度;测试结果表明,基于自适应模糊控制的模拟双针气压表能够达到真车气压表的动作要求,为构建列车驾驶仿真平台提供了可靠的硬件支持。

    Abstract:

    Research on hardware structure and control methods of simulated double-pointer barometer drive control system presently used in train driving simulation platform has been carried out. Pointer motor drive system has been designed using C8051F410 MCU and dual motor drive module BA6239 as system core, taking methods of PWM control technology, a close-loop motor speed control strategy has been proposed. System can automatically calculate motor control model parameters to obtain relationship between speed and PWM control voltage, and via bringing in adaptive fuzzy PI ASR, system and calculation errors have been minimized, and its dynamic response accuracy increases. Test results show that simulated double-pointer barometer based on adaptive fuzzy control can match with actual train barometer’s motion requirements, and it can provide reliable hardware support for building up train driving simulation platform.
