Abstract:Aiming at questions of aircraft rudder rotational angle measurement and remote monitoring, an angle measurement system for aircraft rudder based on digital MEMS acceleration sensor is designed. Using digital MEMS acceleration sensor, combined with wireless module of CC2430 ZigBee, and taken embedded STM32 microcontroller as the central controller, the angle measurement system for aircraft rudder is established. Aircraft rudder rotational experiment is simulated by using 3D turntable, and angle measurement is achieved within -90° to +90°. Experiment results show that within ± 90 ° rotation angle ranges, the maximum error is 0.277°, less than 0.3°, which meets the requirement of measurement. The angle measurement system can effectively complete aircraft rudder angle measurements.
