摘要:

针对磨矿自动控制过程中设备间通讯不便的问题,提出了基于OPC技术的磨机负荷自动控制系统。分析了OPC技术的数据访问规范,并用VB编写OPC通讯客户端,以Wincc作为OPC服务器,实现Wincc与VB程序的数据交换,达到对磨机负荷实时自动控制的目的。

Abstract:

Based on the problem that communication inconvenience between equipments in grinding automatic control process. This paper put forward the mill load automatic control system based on OPC technology. Data access specification of OPC technology is analyzed, using VB communication OPC client, using Wincc as OPC server ,data exchange realizes the Wincc and VB program, achieve the goal of real-time automatic control for mill load.
